convert AVCHD in Apple pro res

Hello,

I would like to convert AVCHD files from a Sony HDR-AX200E into apple pro res files, so that I can mix them with files from a sony EX1 in FCP6. Does somebody know a software, which could do that? And if by any chance somebody has already mixed images coming from these 2 formats, how is it with the difference of quality between EX1 and the SOny HDR-AX200E?
