Distributing a video on a USB stick

Created a 8 minute video in FCP. Now the client wants to put a copy of it on a USB stick to send to his clients who aren't very computer savvy. To have the least questions and for the most people to be able to view it, what format should I use? MP4, WMV? MPG?

Large USB sticks are so cheap these days - why not have the same video in two formats?

Name them "Acme presents... for PC.wmv" and "Acme presents... for Mac.mov" - that should support 98% of the audience. The other 2% are going to ask questions what ever you do.

Good thought and so true about the 2%. Do you think .mov is better choice than mp4?
