Working with mixed media in FCP 7 Streamclip software

Hello Fellow FCP'ers.

I have converted a MS Live Meeting video program with MS's Live Meeting Converter that converts this MS Live Meetings to .WMV files.

Ok now I take that into Streamclip to convert this .WMV file 1920x1080 1 hr 32 min video into a file that is going into a FCP7 HDV 1080i60 sequence. What settings is best to use in Streamclip to best match and play well in FCP 7 sequence.

Mixed media, blah!
