Importing Quicktime Markers

Does anyone know if there is a setting in FCP7 that allows Quicktime Video Markers to be imported and used in a sequence?

This function is not built in and is only available in third-party applications. You can use QT Edit to export a marker list from your QuickTime movie and then use Project Overview to import it into your sequence.
