Digital rebellion?s, media pro tools, video check? I'm running FCP 6.06. I did a test just to, try it out, on a 2-minute promo. Broadcast filter on extremely conservative and RGB limter on Below 0, Above 100. Checked FCP scopes and did range check Excess Luma and Chroma ? all good.
I then sent it through Video Check and just about every frame is over or under. i.e about 3000 frames.
Is the excess luma - black 16 and white 235, wrong for PAL or what the hell is going on?
