Viewer Display problem

Something weird is going on with my Viewer window. When I bring in audio to the window, I get a flatline in mono and two flat lines in stereo, even through the audio plays just fine. When I hit PLAY, the cursor moves as normal, but there is no visible audio in the vectors. This just occurred recently and I did not make any changes in the settings. Any ideas?

it could be a corruption in your waveform cache.

look in your FCP system prefs (Shift Q) and see where that might be,

then go there and delete it.
