1920x1080p GH2 footage gets converted to 720 59fps through Log and Transfer

Silly question - there doesn't seem to be a preference in LOG AND TRANSFER to make sure my footage from the GH2 doesn't get converted from 1920x1080p (24fps) when it gets into my bin. Am I off in assuming I should be able to just capture the native files at 24p HI REZ through Log and Transfer.
