Removing Banding from DSLR Footage

Dealing with DSLR footage with horizontal banding (I think from the shutter speed not matching the fluorescent lights) , anyone know if there is a plugin out there to fix it? Would Neat video work? If not for video is there a plugin out there just for still images?

I came across this [vimeo.com] but I'm looking for an alternative method as I haven't been able to achieve good results.
