Playing in the viewer: no audio

When I play the multiclip (three camera's) in the viewer, the video plays fine, but there is no audio.
Playing in the Canvas: video and audio works OK.

How to solve that problem?

Thanks in advance!

In FCP7? Check out the View menu, select Multiclip Active Tracks and choose the video/audio option you want. I bet that's it.

Hi Loren,

Thanks for your reaction. I was on holiday, so my late post.
I've PCP6 and checked the menu.
The settings are:"video + audio"
In the viewer: "sync open"

So, the problem exists.

You're supposed to watch it from the timeline, so you play the timeline to cut. In the viewer you should have one angle selected (and probably locked onto) for all your audio. If you've got one selected that has no audio, you won't hear the audio of the other cams.

What Jude said. To assure I'm playing whatever accompanies the active clip I choose Audio Follow Video-- a Multiclip playback option. Otherwise, I select audio to follow the track of a selected clip (usually wiser when cutting a performance piece).
