Converting .MOV to Uncompressed AVI in Mountain Lion
February 26, 2013 12:41PM
I just upgraded my system to 10.8.2 from 10.6.8.
I have a workflow where I need to save Quicktime files as uncompressed AVI files.
I used to be able to do that using Quicktime 7 but that has been removed from Quicktime 7 in Mountain Lion.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to still accomplish this?

Thanks!

I might have used MPEG Streamclip, but I think that also depends on Perian, which is broken in Mountain Lion. VLC Player can still do it, I think.

VLC does not work.

Something else to keep in mind is I am doing odd shaped files for ribbon boards.
