Hi
Perplexing audio conundrum:
I am importing audio using a USB Zoom HRn recorder/mic (
http://www.zoom.co.jp) . Tracks are recorded in WAV 48kHz 16 bit Stereo, which matches the sequence settings. Have also tried recording directly into FCP from the mic using VO tool.
The audio clips play fine in QT and when I play them straight from the bin, but when I bring them into the timeline, they sound like there is a bad connection, like electrical shorting, fritzing intermittently. The noise/distortion does not correspond to anything in the actual track (e.g. peak audio), it's completely random.
Something in settings? Audio visual set-up?
Thanks in advance.
