Locked Portable Hard Drive

Hello Edit Wizards and Sages….
I have Portable Hard Drive that for some reason got locked. This is preventing me from deleting files or adding files. how do I unlock the Drive without having to reformat it and lose the files? First time issue for me its a My Passport WD Drive.
