<HTML>Pure Editing question :
I have a 2 or 3 clips of the Vegas strip, each about 2 min long.
I have fast paced techno music as the audio.
What's the best way to take bits and pieces of the clips and catch the beats to create a 6 minute clip made up of the elements taken from each clip?
Is the trim window best method or....?

<HTML>What I have found to work best in this type of case is to go to Sequence...settings menu, from there select timeline options and choose "display audio waveforms" This will show on your timeline the waveforms for the audio. From there, I like to match edits with the beats of the music. If needed you can create a series of short subclips from your main clips, this will help you sort out what shots you've already used and likewise allow you to apply filters to just the subclips used. Try it out.</HTML>
