Cinema Tools installed on Yosemite 10.19.5

I'm going to install select applications from Final Cut Studio 3 on my MBP. I know I can run FCP 7. Anyone out there know if Cinema Tools runs on Yosemite? I need it for change notes.

I'm pretty sure it does.
i think it's the next OS update that won't run it.

if Yosemite is what you've got just try it and see.

of course it's years since i had to create a change list,
