AE 7 = WMV export?

Is there anyone out there using AE 7 that can verify that you can export a WMV out of After Effects without plug-ins? Or, uh, un-verify?

Only on Windows. Not on Mac. You would have to export a Quicktime movie and use Flip4Mac afterwards.

im doing that at this exact moment. and the answer is no. who you have to do is use flip4mac though compressor or quicktime.

the thing about flip4mac for me is that i never really needed it. as most of my work goes to dvd or broadcast (i personally HATE everything WMV!). BUT as soon as you have ONE client whos all about windows media - flip4mac pays for itself in about 45 seconds... so buy the top end version and youre set for quite some time...

a very easy $179 purchase
