Suggested Codec For Top Quality Work With TGA Image Sequences

Hi there,
I'm working with a team of VFX artist who output HD res (1920x1080) TGA sequences, and I'm looking for suggestions on what codec to use for quicktimes in FCP? Color accuracy is very important, and file size is less of an issue. Intended viewing will be on a big HD LCD projection monitor through Blackmagic Decklink HD.
If the file sizes are too big for steady playback from our network, where do you suggest I store the source clips for smooth playback?
