FCP upgrade from 5.0.4?

I need to upgrade FCP to 5.1.2
Currently running 5.0.4
Apple lets me download 5.1.2 but will not let me install unless I have 5.1?
Where do I get 5.1?

Please help, I have a client coming in tomorrow morning with a project on 5.1.2

Nope. They need to physically receive your disks, then send you new ones.
