print to video

I am posting for a friend on this, he would appreciate suggestions-

"I have an FCP problem and need help. I'm trying to "Print to Video" an HDV project. I can see the video output and have audio from the timeline/sequence on both my DSR-20 and HVR-25. When I try to print to video however I only get audio from the sequence no video. I have been over and over my output setting and all are correct. They must be. I have audio and video on preview.
