Looking at this Clip every transistion has a "roll out"

Any plug-ins that someone might know of?

I have a few million feet of film lying around. I'd be happy to put together a plugin for roll outs, etc.

Anybody know how I can build a plugin? LOL

Artbeats "Film Clutter", it's not a plug in at all. It's merely footage of clutter composited over standard footage. It's an old and simple trick.
