OT: NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT from MacPro in a PC?

Hi,

Here's the bone-head question of the day: will the graphics card from a standard MacPro (NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT) run in a standard PC?

I ask the question because I'd like to upgrade the MacPro to the ATI Radeon X1900 XT card, and at the same time my PCI-express PC needs a video card. It seems the nVidia card will fit in the PC, I just don't know if the card's Apple-specific, and therefore won't work.

thx mucho!

No, the firmware in the card is PC or MAC specific. No going back and forth

It is possible to 'flash' the rom on GPUs but unless you either know what your doing, or are willing to risk the possibility of destorying the graphics card i would strongly recommend against it!
