OT - A PCI card for FCS I want

I was browsing through some post magazine and came across this PCI card for Windows, the Canopus FireCoder: [www.canopus.com]. Basically it's an MPEG2/MPEG4 encoder that also includes a Firewire port. It's only about $350.

I'd love to see something like this (in that price range) that worked directly with DVDSP and Compressor, and also included a Firewire port (can never get enough independent FW channels.) An S-Video port would also be a welcome addition for live MPEG-2 viewing.
