playout problems using Kona 3 on MacPro

Hi,

does anybodv know about TC offsets using Kona 3.
we calibrated the card and checked everything carefully.
mostly the Kona Card works fine but sometimes it records one frame too late without having changed anything.

sync is ok as well..
