I bought that program from your site, had a problem, asked Brad Wright for help, answer: none. Is he alive, or I made big mistake buying that program?

Thanks for the reply Brad. I followed your link and REPURCHASED the universal version, but it didn't work for me. Could you please respond with guidance? I really need this quickly for a due date.
