I've gone and captured my JVC HDV 720p 24 footage and made it into a m2t file. I've done this to avoid the timecode capture problems with the JVC HD100u. I've been told to work with the Apple Intermediate Codec which is fine, but does anyone have the work flow from the point of exporting (what settings) from MPEG Streamclip to the set up FCP (what settings)? I don't want to render and would like to work in the 720p 24.
