Compressing Question

Hi,

I'm trying to compress a 30+ minute sequence of my film to go on the net. Specifically I'm going to place it on the Sticky pod website.
I shot on the dvx 100b. My question is, what is the best way to compress this file and keep it within Stickypod's 100mb file size. Thanks,

have a look at this article:

it is talking about squeezing 6 minutes & slightly higher down to 100MB.
you can use the info to calculate bit rates for you 30 min piece,
but it's going to be pretty bad quality by the time you get it that low.

consider breaking the 30 mins into chapters.
