WMV purchase problem

WMV purchase problem

I just purchased 'Flip4Mac WMV Studio Pro' as it was only letting me export WMV files as 20sec files. However i have entered the purchased serial number but it still doesn't seem to solve problem.

Anyone, knows what this is about?

If you have a reasonable speed network, you might try downloading the player again. They might have changed versions between your two events.
