Recompression stops to ask me questions.

I want to set up a batch recompress in Media Manager to run all weekend. Problem is, it may not come across a file it can't process until 9pm tonight and then it will stop to ask if I want to skip that file. Sure I want to skip that file but I'm already half way to Big Bear and won't be sober til Tuesday. Is there a way to bypass this cautionary feature and let my computer know I want it to skip these files before their first instance, when I'm actually in the office.

in my (limited) experience,
it analyses the clips first,
asks the questions,
then processes the files.

also pretty sure there is an "Apply to all cases" check box in there.
