Proxy image sequence for offline

ok, Sooo shot High speed footage last night, LARGE dense files. The only time I've ever done any onlining was with synced taped (dvcam and hdcam) and there was just re capturing for the hdcam.

But now I have 17 image sequences ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 gigs a piece, and I want to make some offline lo res files. How would I do this 'quickly' and efficiently. Thanks a TON!
