FCP to Color

I have tried to open colour separately, and then tried to "send to" from FCP and each time error message "unable to initiaze open GL Make sure video desktop is disabled" appears.
This is my first time trying to use colour so i have not actually had it open before. Is there some setup I need to do before using Colour? Hope you can help

You got a Decklnk Card? Turn off the desktop in the control panel.

Also, dual video cards will not allow the program to work
