Pal Project....create NTSC DVD?

I'm starting a new film in a few weeks that's being shot in India and telecined to HD. We'll be posting in LA. My source will be DVCAM PAL and I was wondering if I can export out of a PAL project and convert to an NTSC DVD using compressor?

convert an exported QT in to NTSC using the format conversion in compressor right?

I'm not sure if you are asking how within compressor or just that it's possible.
