MultiClips corrupt can't change angles

Wokring on FCP 6.0 XDCAM HD media on an Xsan. Problem exists in multiple edit bays so it is not bay specific.

So I have a sequence where when I try to change my angle it jumps ahead in the clip by a little over a minute. The clips are linked by timecode, but the timecode in the upperright of the viewer and on the overlays is no longer matching. The one in the viewer is correct not the overlays.

If i go back to the original multiclip and replace the shots in the sequence they corruption continues. If I cut the master clip into the tail of the sequence it works fine.

Anyone have a clue?
