How do I Download Photobucket Video... please help

Hi guys... I've been sitting here stressing because I can't figure this out A friend of mine sent video through her photobucket for me to edit. But I have no idea how to save it to my computer or import it onto my FCP. I have IMAC, Quick Player and Final Cut Pro. How do I save it. I tried to put the URL on my Quick Player but it keeps saying error. Please Help... I need all the video she sent me. Thank you.
