FCP 6.02 okay with QT 7.2 and OSX 10.4.10?

Hi all:

In order to work with XDCAM EX, I am wondering if anyone can tell me if I can successfully update FCP 6.01 to 6.02 while still keeping OSX 10.4.10 and QT 7.2? I don't want to deal with the P2 QT problem that many of my friends are experiencing who have updated QT to the current version and I would prefer to keep my OS at 10.4.10 because its been very stable.

Anyone know?

Should be fine. According to Apple, you just need

# Mac OS X v10.4.9 or later
# QuickTime 7.1.6 or later

Actually no. For 6.0.2 you need 7.3 or later

Thanks for the info guys. I will have to think long and hard about this one, I am not sure if the P2 Capture troubles begand with QT 7.3.1 or 7.4. I know that 7.4 and up are giving lots of P2 users headaches but not so sure about 7.3.1
