Keyframe copy/pastePosted by Jupi
I think that is one downfall in FCP - my workaround: go to the keyframe you want to copy, write down those attributes on a "post it", go to where you want the new key frame and copy those attributes by hand. I find that TAB lets you navigate from attribute to attribute.
I know, it'd be nice to just laso the key frame or a group of keyframes and paste them....sounds like a feature request....anyone?
Absolutely a feature request, going back many moons. (Check the Feature request collection at the top of the forum.)
No reason not to be able to copy (or Option-drag!) a keyframe to a new location to create a quick Hold, for instance. Goes with the neat idea of treating those blue "marker" keyframes in Viewer time graphs as master keyframes within a parameter (such as All Crop, All Distort, etc) and be able to Move or Option-Drag Copy those too. There is some added function in the imeline Keyframe area, but not yet enough for these simple tasks.
