O.T.-Capture Formats from FS-4ProHD

I just got a FS-4Pro HD Portable DTE Recorder and have a couple choices to make. Two of the capture settings are Quicktime and Raw DV. I am guessing that the one I should us is the QT, but since I am not sure what Raw DV is, I am not sure. What is Raw DV, and is it a better or worse choice than QT?

QT is better. RAW DV means dv stream. FCP edits better with a QT wrapper.
