23.98 to 29.97: 3:2 pulldown without a card?

Ok, HVX200 footage shot at 720924N that i need to convert to DV anamorphic at 29.97 so i can send it over to someone else to edit. What's the best way to get a proper 3:2 pulldown QT file out without having a capture card? I can't find any good way in FCP or Compressor...
