Is there a plugin to compress to Flash out of Final Cut?

Can't do it in FCP, but there are bunch of 3rd party apps that do it.

Actually you can if you download the trial version of Adobe Creative Suite. It installs the pieces you need. Then just go to export=>Using QuickTime Conversion and the FLV option is there.
