quick replace of floating jpgs

FCP V6. G5.

I have a sequence with several pictures floating across the screen. I got one sequence all set and I need to make 9 more (same animation paths but with new pictures). Is there a way to quickly drop in/replace them with new pictures - like a drop zone - so FCP can automatically pick up my existing animation keyframes? How is this done?

They are all jpgs , and they are all on the canvas for the same amount of time (12 seconds) if this makes any difference.

Thank you.

Copy and paste the original clip. Then open the new still into the Viewer, APPLE-C (Copy). Select the copied original clip in the Timeline, OPTION-V (Paste Attributes), Content.

You can also try putting all the new clips into the timeline, the Copy/Paste the Motion Attributes of the original clip onto them. It doesn't always work properly, though.
