FCP stops capturing after 12 min

Hey guys,

Hoping someone can point me in a direction here. I just had to re-install FCS due to a nasty computer crash. I'm using:

MacPro (8 core)
FCP 6.0.5
Digitizing via an AJA Kona LS card

Since I re-installed, I had to reset all of my capturing settings, which quite frankly is not my strong point.

Right now the symptom I am having is when I try to capture video off of my Sony J-30SDI deck via the Kona card, I set an in point (00595900) and an out point (01283100) and choose "clip" to capture it. It starts capturing great and then right around 12 min it stops. The desk stops and it acts as if the capture is complete. No error messages.

Does this ring a bel with anyone? Anyone know if it's a setting of mine?

OK so update on this. It only does this when I set a specific in and out point and choose to capture "Clip". If I do a "Capture Now" it seems to plow through. Not sure that is relevant.
