Adding more practical knowledge to our skills

I've been editing Network shows for over 20 years. I've worked at CBS for 60 minutes and 48 hours, Fox with Kitchen nightmares etc...Most of these shows are on Avid, and I know the programs inside/out as well as having lots of speed and shortcuts knowledge.

Lately, I've been working with FCP for independent projects and even though I am an advance FCP editor, I am now at a point where I want to take the efficiency and speed I have on Avid and recreate it on FCP, which having mapped the keyboard identically has taking me up to 80% where I want to be but since I'm sort of a perfectionist, I would like to take it one step higher.

The idea then is the following. If you're a FCP editor accustom to edit under tight deadlines and know all the bells and whistles of the program, I would like to offer a few hours here and there to share our experiences and show "how to do" those questions we both have about the two programs. I do have both programs on my laptop and I live close to the LACMA in Mid Wilshire.

If like to share knowledge and get answers for those itchy questions, contact me pedrocasais@hotmail.com

Thank you.
