P2 Card Reader

I've been hired to shoot something this weekend in the style of a Food Network cooking show expose, and I'll be using the HVX200 with 2x 32GB P2 cards.

The question I have is about importing those cards. I just bought a new Dell 2408WFP monitor, and it has card slots in the side for xD/SD/MS/MMC and CF. Are any of these card slots suitable for importing P2 cards, or do I still need to get an adapter in order to import the files onto my computer?

nope. you need pcmcia.

the easiest route is to hook the camera up to your machine via firewire and transfer that way a syou would from any other media.

though, if you do this method, be careful to really watch your captured footage. I needed to do this with some p2 footage a couple of times, and discovered artifacts in the footage.
