Resizing video frames within DVD chapter template

Hi Everyone,
I posted this to the DVDSP Forum over a week ago and haven't seen a response yet, so I'm re-posting here hoping someone will have an answer:

Question:

I created a second menu in DVDSP using the chapter index with "Frames" template. The video plays inside the frames which is nice, but it cuts off the tops and sides of the video. Is there a way to resize to shrink the video within that "frame" in the template so that the video fits within the template frame without being cut off? If I make the frame itself bigger the whole frame enlarges but the video inside is still cut off on all sides.
