xh a1 footage looks squashed in FCP

I just imported stuff from my new XH A1s (replacing PD 170 ) into FCP and it looks as if the image is squashed: Legs and bum of the talent look bigger than in real life.

However if I play it straight from the camera to the TV it all looks fine.

I am shooting in:
PAL
25F
HD
1080i/576i

I use:
FCP 6
Mac pro 10.4.11

Audio/video settings are:
HDV-1080i50
preset: HDV
HDV 1080i50 firewire basic

sequence settings are:
HD ( 1440x1080 9) ( 19x9)
pixel asp. ratio : HD ( 1440x1080 )
compr.: HDV 1080p25

It looks there is a setting wrong but which one,
I am desperate.

You are ok there you just have to set the viewer for the right aspect ratio not squared.
