Image not sharp in the viewer and canvas

Hello:

I am many clips for a website. I make the clip, render it, export it to an external hard drive. If I play the clip back in the Quicktime window it looks sharp. If I import the clip back, place it on the timeline and play it, it looks sharp on the external monitor but fuzzy in the viewer and canvas.

Since the clips looks sharp in the QT window and on the monitor, I believe I am making and exporting the clips correctly - but why are they fuzzy (it looks unrendered) in the viewer and canvas?

I'm not sure why it looks like that on your end either. Can you take a screen shot of it?

It's totally normal that your Canvas won't display the full quality of your video. I know, it's confusing! Continue to monitor picture in your external video monitor as you have been doing. That's the proper way to do it, so good on you!
