FCP 6.5 using HDCAM 1080 25 sequence setting. Have footage of XDCAM 720p 25 shot on same camera only with varied speed. When slowed down and placed in timeline it judders very slightly but judders none the less. Is there a way to smooth this please? Cheers Phil UK

You slowed it down in FCP? Is the footage brought in at 25 fps or is it at 50?

Twixtor is the popular tool of choice for smoothing out intra frame extrapolation. Based on you using 1080 and not 720 you couldn't have done the slomo/overcrank "in camera"

Other than the obvious, like rendering the timeline if you have done any processing to the footage should fix video display issues.
