I have a related question

single layers tiff from PS CS2 where showing up in Fcp with no need to render to be seen properly.
(I mean you needed a final render but they were in the TL with the " Dark green bar" AKA "Full"

this was like broken starting with CS3 : showing up with the " light green" AKA " Preview" witch is real time also but awfull to see
