Device Protocols for FCP

I had an issue with PTV. We need to output show with TC from FCP to tape for Network.
I am using a DSR-45 or DSR-25. We had several issues with program not starting at 1 hour on tape. I am using FCP 6.0.6.
Anyone help with htis issue? Have another program due thursday.

Print to Video is not reliable for TC accurate layback. You need to use Edit to Tape.

Neither deck is meant as a record deck. Both are "feeder" decks only. The only way to get accurate TC to tape is with RS-422 deck control and a capture card

Hmmm, seems like if Premiere Pro has a protocol for the DSR-45 and can accurately lay down timecode, shouldn't FCP have this capability?

time line starts at 00:57:50;00, if the deck is set to regenerate TC from timeline, shouldn't it work?
