Video clip on CD? Audio Tracks on DVD? Needle Tracks on...?

Ok that last one was just to get attention..

Hey Guys-

I have a client who wants to make a multitrack audio CD ( comedy), but also has a video animation he wants to add on the end. I've been doing some research, but seem to end up at VCD's which I think have limited compatibility and are outdated.

I dont really want to make a DVD with "audio only " tracks included, we want this to be playable in CD players.

Thoughts? Is there a way to have CD player compatibility but play the Video when put in a computer? Or even include a link on a CD so they can access the vid on the internet?

Yeah, you need to make an "enhanced" CD that has an audio component, but also mounts a separate partition on a computer with multimedia components. I've never made one, but I was under the impression that Toast can do it.
