Logic board gone during project

I have an important project with a lot of multiclip files and my computer just got fried. How do I assure the multis stay together when I get back up and running?

Right now I'm on a loner computer and my internal hard drives have been swapped to the loner. But I will have to get a new computer now.

I'm not sure I follow. You moved all your drives to another computer. Your project files don't care what system board is in your workstation. Everything will work just fine, as long as you're still running off the same system disk and all your option drives are in place.

Right now I'm running a "vintage" system. It's a temporary system. I'm trying to finish the project with it. But I will need to upgrade to an Intel Mac, probably a Quad tower. Is there anything I need to know to make the transition with a heavily muticlip project?
