General Error 34

I get a general error 34 message when I try to make a freeze frame from a video clip. I have plenty of memory on my drive and there are no in/out points in my timeline or elsewhere. What is the issue?

Usually when I've gotten that, it means I have a corrupt file somewhere in the project. Try a test project with the same clip and see if you get the same error. If not, then it's somewhere else in the project.
